Where do I find.......

Happy Tuesday everyone! As many of you know, the current climate on the social media giant, Facebook, is wreaking havoc with pages, groups, and individuals associated with them. Though this is being addressed by all who are affected behind the scenes, it certainly isn't helping any horses caught in the crossfire in the meantime. At this typing, Tar Heel Feedlot & Auction Horses' page on FB is still active but that may change in an instant. MANY other lots/pens and networking groups are not so fortunate. I'm putting a list here and making it as comprehensive as I can in order to help you reconnect with those pens, lots, and groups you may no longer be able to locate. This is where to find them OUTSIDE of Facebook. This is NOT an endorsement of anyone over anyone else and I am going to do my best to cover those pages & groups that have specifically been targeted. If you see a targeted page/group missing, it is likely because I could not locate a presence OUTSIDE of Facebook and that is the sole purpose of the list! Take it for what it is - a directory of who to find where. If you follow us, you probably follow a few of these as well! If you own or follow a pen/group that has an outside FB presence, please send us that information so we can get you added! We want to make sure we haven't missed anyone! So WHAT is MeWe?? MeWe is a new social media platform. Is it as popular as Facebook? Certainly not. However, for those who are actively following kill pens, feedlots, etc. it is currently the recommended "social media go-to" so it stands to reason that more and more folks who are specifically interested in following these horses will migrate over.
